Eating

We make the best possible use of seasonal and local products. We buy our bread from the Grindelwalder Bäckerei Ringgenberg. Cheese products are supplied by Eigermilich. On the drinks menu you will only find local and regional beers (Rugenbräu and Jungfraubräu) as well as Valais red and white wines.

Daily we will spoil you with our regional and seasonal 3-course menu for CHF 28.00. For groups we will gladly prepare a special offer. Self-catering guests may use our well-equipped guest kitchen for CHF 4.00 per day. Wood for the barbecue area is available for CHF 10.00.

We will be happy to prepare packed lunches (sandwich of your choice, fruit, chocolate bar and 0.5 l drink) for CHF 12.00 if ordered in advance. At the reception you will find a selection of snacks, drinks, postcards, maps and hygiene products.
